Job Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop strategies to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and prepare competitive analyses.
- Identify the target audience and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending.
2. Brand Management
- Strengthen the company's brand image and ensure consistency.
- Create campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Establish brand standards and ensure their implementation.
- Monitor and report on brand performance.
3. Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns.
- Use different channels such as digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Make optimizations to improve campaign results.
4. Team Management
- Manage and motivate the marketing team.
- Evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback.
- Support the development of team members.
- Manage relationships with external resources (agencies, consultants, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Expertise in marketing strategies, brand management, and digital marketing.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team management and leadership qualities.
- English language proficiency (to work in international markets).
