Job Responsibilities
1. Sales and Customer Relations
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Research and reach out to potential customers to acquire new business.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
2. Sales Targets and Reporting
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Report sales activities regularly.
- Monitor market trends and competition.
- Make sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
3. Marketing and Promotion
- Participate in marketing events and represent the company.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales materials.
- Promote the company on social media and other digital channels.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
4. Training and Development
- Stay up-to-date on product and service information.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and customer relations skills.
- Participate in in-house training and mentor new sales representatives.
- Follow and learn about developments in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving ability.
- Teamwork skills and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- English language proficiency (to communicate with international customers).
