Job Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Relations

  • Promote and sell the company's products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Research and reach out to potential customers to acquire new business.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

2. Sales Targets and Reporting

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Report sales activities regularly.
  • Monitor market trends and competition.
  • Make sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning.

3. Marketing and Promotion

  • Participate in marketing events and represent the company.
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales materials.
  • Promote the company on social media and other digital channels.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

4. Training and Development

  • Stay up-to-date on product and service information.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and customer relations skills.
  • Participate in in-house training and mentor new sales representatives.
  • Follow and learn about developments in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving ability.
  • Teamwork skills and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • English language proficiency (to communicate with international customers).
